This page will guide you through the final steps to complete before arriving on campus. Please follow the timeline below and make sure each requirement is completed by the listed deadline.

YOUR ARRIVAL CHECKLIST AND TIMELINE
FALL SEMESTER
APRIL
For ALL international students (EU and non-EU) – collect documents necessary for migration (documents to apply for Temporary Residence Permit (non-EU students) OR documents to apply for Temporary Residence Certificate (non-Lithuanian EU students)

- Payment Schedule Registration form due (optional)
- Final and original/certified true copy of the high school diploma and its supplements submitted to the Admissions Office (detailed documentation requirements will be sent to you by the Admissions Coordinator)
- For underage students: you are required to bring a notarized parents’/legal guardians’ permission to sign a study contract. Please submit this document until July 25 in this form.

Complete the Moodle Online Orientation tasks
August 20
Full tuition and housing fees are due. Bank transfer information.
August 27
Arrive to campus and move into the Residence Halls. Once we have any updates, your Admissions Coordinator will inform you via email.

Important final steps
Pay Admissions deposit
To confirm your decision of studying at LCC, make a non-refundable 400 EUR Admissions deposit payment.

Send your diploma to LCC
Once you receive your final secondary education (high school) diploma, diploma supplement, and examination results, please upload high-quality colour scans to the application platform or send them directly to your Admissions Coordinator.
Please make sure to submit your high school diploma by:
- July 15 if you are starting your studies in the Fall semester;
- November 15 if you are starting your studies in the Spring semester.

Apply for a Temporary Residence Permit as early as possible
All international students (EU and non-EU) are required to have a valid migration document Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) to legally stay and study in Lithuania. The Admissions Office will work with you on helping you get ready for obtaining your TRP. Please visit the following page to find out How to stay legally in Lithuania for a step-by-step guide. Your invitation documents for the TRP will be prepared and sent to you after you pay the Admissions deposit.

When you get it, please upload a high quality scan of your TRP card through this form.
Apply for On-campus Housing
LCC has two beautiful modern Residence Halls on campus where 70% of all students reside during the academic year. Our campus housing is more than a place to sleep. It’s a vibrant learning community where students from many cultures share life together. As a resident, you will make friends who last forever and be part of many meaningful activities and programs. Students on-campus are expected to live in agreement with the Community Standards designed to facilitate learning and development. Please apply for on-campus housing by June 1 (International Students), July 18 (EU Students) and November 15 for Spring semester and visit our housing page for more information.
Spaces are limited on a “first come, first served” basis.
Log onto the LCC portal and complete the Moodle Online Orientation
After you pay the non-refundable 400 EUR admissions deposit, your admissions coordinator will send you log-in information in order to access the online LCC portal (https://portal.lcc.lt/).
Before arriving on campus all students must complete the Moodle Online Orientation. The Online Orientation will be available starting December 10 and must be completed by January 7.
This online orientation is designed simply to help you navigate various LCC platforms, connect you with your 4-year academic plan, give you the tools necessary for succeeding on LCC’s campus, support your transition to a multicultural campus, and introduce you to vital campus resources, such as Migration, Financial Aid, Erasmus+, and more.
Starting December 10, you can access the Moodle Online Orientation by following these steps:
- Go to https://moodle.lcc.lt Your Moodle username and password has been sent to you by your admissions coordinator. If you have not yet logged into Moodle, the Moodle Online Orientation will not be immediately available after you first log in. It will be visible to you 2-3 days after your initial log-in.
- On the left hand side, click on “My Courses”
- Under “My Courses”, click on “2026SP MND 005 Moodle Online Orientation”
**IMPORTANT! You will not be able to access your other courses until you complete the Online Orientation tasks !**
Plan to arrive on campus and attend the mandatory New Student Orientation
We are excited to welcome you to campus! At LCC we know how exciting and intimidating it can be to join a new community. The mandatory on-campus New Student Orientation is designed to assure you a strong start from day one. New Student Orientation takes place from January 9-10 and is required for all new students. Sign your study contract
Upon arrival at LCC, you will sign your study contract. This contract is a formal agreement between you and LCC International University. This contract confirms your official enrollment at LCC. To fill out your study contract you will need the following information: passport number, home address, and telephone number.*
*Important for underage students: you are required to bring a notarized parents’/legal guardians’ permission to sign a study contract. Please submit this document until December 1 in this form.
