Welcome to the Alumni Mentoring Program page! On this page, you will find useful information for both mentors and mentees, alike. This program was relaunched in 2021 and provides an opportunity for current students to work with an alumni mentor to:
• Gain professional insight regarding educational and professional goals
• Vision casting and SMART goal creation for a clearer path
• Develop skills critical to success in the modern international workplace
• Establish connections and bonds that continue well past graduation
• For mentors, an opportunity to remain connected with the LCC International University family
The program runs each academic year from September through April, with the mentoring sessions taking place from November to March. This program is open to all Alumni as mentors, and all LCC seniors, juniors, and sophomores, space permitting. See the Alumni Mentoring Program Milestones for a more detailed explanation of the program timelines and responsibilities.
